Architectural Control Committee

The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is chaired by Kevin "Casey" Conway who can be contacted at kcconway22@comcast.net.  Casey can provide information and advice about all facets of building at Portage Ridge, tree removal prohibitions, and brush removal requirements. The documents below are provided as guidelines for navigating the ACC prior to approval for building.
